Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Within 2 Days (Before Shipping):
We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we allow cancellations for orders placed within 2 days, provided the order has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order during this time frame, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a notification. Please note that orders cannot be canceled if they have already been processed or shipped. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.


Exchange Policy for Damaged or Faulty Items

Eligible Exchanges:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, we are committed to resolving the issue quickly. To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  2. Provide clear photographs showing the damage or issue.

  3. Our support team will assess the case and direct the item to our maintenance department for inspection.

Based on the inspection, we will either:

  • Repair and return the original item to you, or

  • Send a replacement item at no extra cost.

Please ensure the item is unused and kept in its original packaging until the issue is resolved.


Gift Voucher Option (Alternative to Exchange)

If you prefer not to exchange a damaged or faulty product, you may request to receive a gift voucher instead. The following conditions apply:

  • A review and approval from our management team is required before a gift voucher can be issued.

  • The value of the voucher will be based on the original purchase price of the damaged item.

  • Once approved, the voucher can be used for future purchases on our platform and is valid for a limited period (usually 6–12 months).

Please note that this option is discretionary and may not be available in all cases.


Important Notes

  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Our policy is strictly limited to exchanges or, when applicable, gift vouchers.

  • We do not accept exchanges for items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without prior approval.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all return or exchange requests comply with the above guidelines.
